Valentine's Day is today & love is in the air! Today's DIY features a crafty Love Map - showing where you & your special someone met, got married & live! This project is a fun way to decorate your home or your reception, while making your unique decor personal.
All you need is a picture frame, scissors, glue, paper & maps!
Step 1: Start out with your favorite picture frame - make sure it's horizontal & big enough so it can hold three large hearts side-by-side. You may want to sand the picture frame to give it an antique look.
Step 2: Find paper to make a background for your map-patterned hearts. Use a solid color that complements your decor.
Step 3: Find the three maps to represent where you & your special someone met, got married - or engaged & currently live. Trace a heart on each map surrounding each special place & cut the hearts out.
Step 4: Glue each of the three hearts on the background paper evenly & label each heart!
Place your finished DIY Love Map in the frame & voila - you've just mapped your own unique love story for all to see!
