Fresh Flavors Catering came to the Hamptons wedding scene in the spring of 2007 but owners Michael and Francesca Vignapiano are no strangers to Hamptons catering. They have maintained a strong catering presence since 1998 and now have established themselves as a preferred caterer at premier vineyard wedding venues. Executive chef Michael Vignapiano brings a wealth of experience to the business and prides himself on his rare passion for "old world" cooking for the "new world" palate. Fresh Flavors specializes in Mediterranean food and seasonal and local Long Island products.
