Fresh Flavors Catering is a full service caterer specializing in Mediterranean food. Fresh's owners, Michael and Francesca, have maintained a strong presence in the industry for the past several years.
Fresh Flavors is one of the primary caterers for Wolffer Vineyards and is a preferred caterer for many South Fork vineyards.
As Executive Chef, Michael will be utilizing twenty-five plus years as a Chef and Pastry Chef educator both in New York and Italy. All food, including breads, is made in-house and Fresh uses many local vendors. We also pride ourselves on our professional and courteous service.
